Waterkloof Seriously Cool Chenin Blanc 2022

The Waterkloof Seriously Cool Chenin Blanc 2020 is an elegant expression of aromas of stone fruit, lime, white flowers and raw honey. This Chenin Blanc underwent a longer alcoholic fermentation, creating a well-integrated palate and crisp acidity. 

The grapes used to produce the Seriously Cool Chenin Blanc are harvested from 30 to 40-year-old bush vine vineyards. Located close to the ocean the grapes are subjected to a constant cool breeze. 

Waterkloof is situated on the slopes of the Schapenberg in the Helderberg. The Estate is located 300 metres above sea level and only four kilometres from the False Bay coastline. The team is dedicated to preserving the natural vegetation, fauna and flora on the farm.
