The Waterkloof Peacock Wild Ferment Chenin Blanc 2019 has aromas of peach, lime and green apple. This Chenin Blanc has good balance with a dry, savoury finish and pairs well with seafood dishes. 

The Peacock Wild Ferment Chenin Blanc has clean intense flavours of ripe apples and pears with a juicy complexity. This Chnein Blanc is fresh with a long elegant finish. 

Waterkloof is situated on the slopes of the Schapenberg in the Helderberg. The Estate is located 300 metres above sea level and only four kilometres from the False Bay coastline. The team is dedicated to preserving the natural vegetation, fauna and flora on the farm.
