The wine is bright with a vibrant, classical oeil de perdrix appearance. The nose shows an abundance of red berry fruit with aromas of cranberry, fresh cherry, green plums, cucumber and attractive whiffs of spice. Flavours of white peach, ripe plums and pimento olives dominate a structured, medium-bodied palate with a pithy texture and the cherry fruit of the nose following through with hints of aniseed, fenugreek and cumin. The mid-palate is elegant and pure, with integrated acidity and a fine structure. ?Wild berries, watermelon and white pepper, linger on a zesty finish.
