The Simonsig Chardonnay 2018 is light straw in colour and showcases an abundance of white and yellow peach, quince with notes of fresh lime and orange blossom. This Chardonnay has a concentrated flavour of apricots and sun-ripened apples. 

The Simonsig Chardonnay is complex with well-structured acidity and a seductive creaminess that coats the palate. The finish is long with lingering notes of oak and nuttiness.
