The Genie Rose Brut has flavours of fresh raspberries and sherbet with a velvet texture, fine mousse and lengthy finish. The grapes used to produce this Silverthorn MCC is harvested by hand before the fermented juice spends 15 months on the lees leading to its degorgement.
