A natural “orange” wine made by leaving the juice on extended skin contact, allowing oxidation, and using minimal sulpher. This produces a white wine with a dark yellow or orange colour, intense and bold flavours, and a little something different.
Grapes were hand-picked according to phenolic ripeness into small baskets and naturally fermented. Varietals were then matured separately in 2nd or 3rd fill fill small French oak barrels for 9 months before being blended. Our aim was to create a wine with a harmonious palate and a good fresh finish to partner with a wide range of food dishes.
600 bottles were produced.
