Krone Night Nectar Demi Sec 2021

The Krone Night Nectar Demi Sec 2018 is pale lemon-yellow with expressive aromas of baked golden apples, pie crust and almonds. The palate is full and rich with flavours of lemon drops, sweet yellow apple and subtle marzipan flavours. This MCC has a plush, sweet mousse with refreshing acidity and expansive finish. 

The grapes used to produce the Krone Night Nectar Demi Sec are harvested at night and only the free-run juice is used to make this MCC. This Demi Sec is bottle fermented with maturation on the lees.
