The Krone Borealis Brut 2018 is salmon-pink with an elegant floral bouquet of delicate pomegranate and cut red apples. The mousse is fine and creamy with a pinch of juice and red berries.
The grapes used to create the Krone Borealis Brut 2018 are harvested in the cool of the night. This MCC is bottle-fermented using only free-run juice that is matured on the lees in the underground cellar.
The home of Krone Method Cap Classique is located on the 300-year-old farm; Twee Jonge Gezellen Estate in Tulbagh. The estate was home to the first underground cellar in Africa
Krone is a Vintage-only Method Cap Classique, produced on Twee Jonge Gezellen wine estate in Tulbagh, South Africa. We believe each vintage tells a story. Krone MCC celebrates a unique moment in time and place; expressing our commitment to the vintage and the character of each harvest.
