The Jordan Cold Fact Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is named after the Cold Fact album by Rodriguez and also refers to the method of cold soaking used to extract maximum flavour from the grapes.
The Cold Fact Sauvignon Blanc has shows flavours of lime zest, passionfruit and white flowers. This Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely balance of flavours with a lingering fresh gooseberry finish.
The Jordan Wine Estate is located in the ravine in the Stellenbosch Kloof ward. The farm is situated perfectly to take advantage of the cooling influence from the False Bay. Producing grapes with intense flavour compounds in their skins.
