The Dornier Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2016 displays aromas of blackcurrant, chocolate and cedarwood. This blend is best enjoyed with rich meaty dishes with black pepper and clove spice undertones. 

This red blend has a palate rich in texture with flavours of ripe berries and hints of mocha. The tannins are firm in structure and balanced with a smooth fruity finish. The Dornier Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is ready to be enjoyed immediately but it can be stored for up to ten years for peak drinking.
