The Delheim Merlot 2017 is medium-bodied with notes of tobacco, dark fruit and buchu. This Merlot is medium-bodied and fruit-driven with a subtle structure and silky tannins. 

The aromas of fleshy plums and cigar box radiate from this wine with a faint undertone of oak. The Delheim Merlot pairs perfectly with lamb stew but goes down excellently at any occasion. A Merlot that could spend the next four years gaining some serious character.

Delheim is situated on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain. The farm is family owned and aimed towards nurturing a strong culture of sustainable development.
