The Dainty Bess Pinot Noir MCC has aromas of strawberry, cherry and raspberry with hints of rose petals and a touch of spice. The palate on the MCC is a nice creamy mousse with an elegant dry finish.
Dainty Bess was established in 2013, it is named after a hybrid-tea rose. This Method Cap Classique is matured on the lees for 36 months. The vineyards were the grapes are sourced for the Dainty Bess are located in Klein Optenhorst in Wellington and Shannon Vineyards in Elgin.
