Cederberg Merlot Shiraz 2021

The Cederberg Merlot Shiraz 2018 shows an abundance of cherries, cranberries and sweet plums. The palate is soft and silky with hints of chocolate and spices. 

The Merlot and Shiraz grapes, used to produce this Red blend is grown in a cool continental climate, diverse soil types, unpolluted air and free-flowing crystal clear water. Cederberg wines are as dramatic as the high altitude setting of the Cederberg mountains. 

The Cederberg Merlot Shiraz pairs well with meaty dishes, vegetarian stews and barbeque meats with sweet and spicy basting.
