The Chardonnay grapes, planted in 1997, used to produce this Blanc de Blancs Brut is grown in a cool continental climate, diverse soil types, unpolluted air and free-flowing crystal clear water. Cederberg wines are as dramatic as the high altitude setting of the Cederberg mountains.
