The Blaauwklippen Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 has intense aromas of mulberry and blueberry. The nose on this Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark chocolate nuance with hints of festive spices, cedarwood and violet. The palate on the Blaauwklippen Cabernet Sauvignon is broad with a long, vibrant and aromatic finish.
Blaauwklippen is one of the oldest wine farms in Stellenbosch, being founded in 1682 the farm is steeped in rich history and winemaking tradition. Blaauwklippen is one of only three Zinfandel producers in South Africa, the first of the varietal was planted in 1977 on Blaauwklippen.
