De Toren Private Cellar is a boutique winery situated on the Polkadraai Hills overlooking Stellenbosch, False Bay and Table Mountain. De Toren specializes in Bordeaux-style wines and has been adorned with honours and awards.

All of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot grapes that are used to produce De Toren wines are grown on the farm.
