Later last month we celebrated our very successful Grape Escape Unusual Wine Festival at The Steenberg Golf Club which proved once again that we have the right formula for successful wine events! We would like to thank all of you who attended and also the participating wine farms for showing their finest wines during the afternoon. Looking for an older or sold out wine?
We opened our two stores over two decades ago and as a result have developed close relationships with many wineries and producers. We mention this in case you are perhaps looking for a wine that may no longer be available as we may be able to secure that special bottle for you.

Flavour Focus evenings at Wine Concepts Newlands

Our Flavour Focus tastings are held on a monthly basis on the last Friday of each month.

Our theme for our flavour focus in June/ July celebrates Port and Dessert wines perfect for chilly winter evenings!

On Friday 23^rd June from 4.00pm – 7.00pm we will have a selection from De Krans, Peter Bayley and Stellenrust.

And on Wednesday 5^th July from 4.00pm – 7.00pm we will have a selection from Thelema, Sutherland, Raats, Le Riche and Usana.

There is no charge so come and enjoy a tasting or two before you buy a few bottles to take home with you (If you purchase on the evening you will stand a chance to win a selected pack of the products tasted). Our recent Flavour Focus winners are Gemma Krausey and Gareth Bleazard.
