Duncan Savage from Savage Wines will be releasing his new vintages at the end of August and it’s excitement all round!

Duncan says “2021 was a classic South African vintage. We had a very moderate growing season with no heatwaves and intermittent rain to ensure the vines were kept happy. A fair bit of rain fell towards the end of the vintage, but fortunately for us most of the fruit was already in the cellar. The vintage had an almost European feel to it, and the resultant wines are crystalline and pure.”

We have received our allocation and are happy to share them with our loyal customers with our pre-release offer! As usual these wines are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Wines will be delivered or ready for collection early September.

Dornier Wine Estate is situated at the foot of the Stellenbosch Mountain. Their focus is to produce premium quality wines that are expressive of the terroir. The Cocoa Hill range by Dornier is produced from grapes grown in the decomposed red granite soils on the farm.
