This Chardonnay shows hints of pineapple, apple, citrus and freshness. The palate offers a good acidity with a round mouthfeel and it's packed with fruit complexity. Try this wine with grilled fish, chicken with creamy sauces and grilled corn on the cob with lots of butter!
This is a serious full bodied style wine and can be enjoyed now, but will improve with maturation till 2014. Subtle bouquets of guava, green fig and gooseberries. The palate is fresh and crispy with a round finish.

The Ida’s White 2011 is predominantly Sauvignon Blanc (sourced from Elgin) and the rest of the blend is made up of Chardonnay, Viognier, Semillon, Roussane and Grenache Blanc which gives the overall complexity of the wine without losing drinkability and freshness. I found delicious flavours of light tropical melon with hints of apricot leading to an intense yet lengthy finish.
This blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, is fresh and clean with sweet herbaceous, passion fruit and crushed nettle flavors on the nose. The palate rewards with sweet fruit flavors and fresh green characters. Serve with Mediterranean pasta salad or seafood such as mussels, oysters, fish and lobster.
Herbaceous notes dominate the nose, fresh asparagus and green peas, fading into ripe tropical notes. On the palate, creamy texture with typical Sauvignon freshness and lingering aftertaste.Will greatly reward cellaring over the next two years.

A blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay. Subtle capsicum freshness is supported by an intense floral and tropical fruit bouquet with underlying minerality. The nose is complex and intriguing with multiple layers. On the palate the abundance of fruit is matched by a creamy mid-palate with a fresh finish that lingers and lingers, setting the perfect background for the next sip.
Citrus and lemon flavours, with slight peachy notes on the nose. A tight mineral core and creamy middle pallet allows for great complexity and a persistent finish.
